Welcome to Shop With Nilaa, operated by Nilaa Agencies. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website shopwithnilaa.in and the purchase of products listed on it. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Products and Services
We sell a variety of children’s products including toys, books, and clothing. Product images are for reference only and may slightly vary from the actual item due to photography and lighting effects.
2. Order Placement
- You must sign up to place an order.
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if deemed necessary.
3. Shipping
We currently ship across India, with focused delivery support in Tamil Nadu. A flat shipping charge of ₹75 is applied to all orders. Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 5 working days from dispatch. Shipping notifications will be sent via email only.
4. Payments
We use PhonePe Payment Gateway to securely process all transactions. Customers can pay using various methods including UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking or supported wallets. Your payment must be completed at checkout to confirm your order.
5. Cancellations and Returns
We do not offer cancellations or returns by default. However, in rare cases, if a return is approved after contacting us, customers are required to send the product back at their own shipping expense. Only after receiving the returned item in good condition, refunds will be initiated via PhonePe within 4 to 5 working days.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. If approved, we will process a replacement or refund within 4 to 5 working days.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, graphics, logos, product descriptions — is the property of Shop With Nilaa or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party logistics, payment services, or incorrect user information provided at the time of purchase.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
