Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders all across India. However, our primary focus is on deliveries within Tamil Nadu to ensure faster and more reliable service.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch. You will be notified via email once your order is shipped.

Shipping Charges

We currently charge a flat shipping fee of ₹75 per order. We are working on partnering with logistics providers to offer location-based shipping rates in the near future.

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 12 PM IST are usually processed on the same day.
• Orders placed after that or on public holidays may be processed the next working day.

Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances (such as courier delays, weather conditions, or remote locations) may sometimes affect timelines. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, the details will be shared with you via email after dispatch. We currently do not send SMS updates.
