1. What kind of products do you sell?
We offer a wide range of kids-related products including toys, books, and clothes. All items are curated to ensure safety, learning, and fun!
2. Where do you deliver?
We currently ship across Tamil Nadu. Delivery service to other parts of India will be added soon.
3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days in Tamil Nadu. You will receive email updates once your order is confirmed and shipped.
4. What are the shipping charges?
We currently charge a flat ₹75 shipping fee per order. We are working on integrating delivery partners to offer pincode-based shipping in the future.
5. Do you support returns or cancellations?
By default, we do not accept returns or cancellations. However, in rare cases (like damaged or incorrect items), you may contact us at hello@shopwithnilaa.in. If accepted, you must send the item back at your own cost. After receipt and inspection, the return may be processed within 4–5 working days.
6. How can I pay for my order?
All payments are securely processed via the PhonePe Payment Gateway. You can pay using UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and supported wallets (PhonePe Wallet, Freecharge, etc.).
7. How are refunds handled (if any)?
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through PhonePe and typically reflects in your account within 3–4 working days.
8. Do I need to sign up to place an order?
Yes, customers must sign up and log in to place orders. This helps us ensure order tracking and better communication.
