Cancellation & Return Policy

At Shop With Nilaa, we strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. As our products are mainly for kids, we take utmost care in delivering the right items in good condition.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, cancellations are generally not accepted. However, if you need to request a cancellation, please reach out to us within a few hours of placing the order. If the item has not been processed for shipping, we may be able to accommodate the request.

Returns & Damaged Items

We do not typically accept returns. Exceptions may be considered in the following cases:

  • If the product is received in a damaged or defective condition
  • If the wrong product is delivered

If such a case arises, please contact us at hello@shopwithnilaa.in within 48 hours of receiving the product. Clear photos or videos may be required for verification.

Important: We do not have pickup facilities. Customers must ship the item back to us at their own cost. The return address will be shared upon approval. Only after receiving and inspecting the returned product will we initiate a refund.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed via PhonePe within 4 to 5 working days from the date of receiving the returned item.

Refund Timeline

  • Damage verification: 1–2 working days
  • Refund processing (via PhonePe): 4–5 working days

We reserve the right to deny any refund or return request if the product has been used, damaged after delivery, or if proper evidence is not provided.
